The Richardson Symphony Orchestra opens its 57th season under the direction of Maestro Clay Couturiaux on Saturday, October 6, at the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts. For this very moving presentation, the orchestra welcomes violinist Paul Huang. Recipient of the prestigious 2015 Avery Fisher Career Grant and the 2017 Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists, Mr. Huang is quickly gaining attention for his eloquent music making, distinctive sound, and effortless virtuosity. The program will include selections from the height of the German Romantic period with works by Bruch, Wagner, and Johann and Richard Strauss.
