Weatherford College will be jumping tonight as the WC Jazz Band performs its spring concert “It Don’t Mean A Thing.” Hear it at the Marjorie Alkek Fine Arts Center on campus.

Brick Road Theatre presents “A Man Of No Importance.” The musical, set in 60s Dublin, deals with the struggles between art and religion, and the redemptive power of theater. See it at the Cox Building Playhouse in Plano.

A wealthy family has their home invaded by folks from the other side of the river in the play “The Invaders.” Art&Seek Spotlight Artist Cora Cardona directs this chillingly topical and sadistically funny horror tale currently on stage at Teatro Dallas.

Art history, consumerism and the Mexican urban landscape are all explored in artist Pia Camil’s exhibition “Bara, Bara, Bara” at the Dallas Contemporary.
