Join the Dos Negros Orchestra for a weekend of Afro-Americana music, dance, and workshops!
Dos Negros, headed up by Frank Moka who is most noted as percussionist for Erykah Badu and the Drum Headz will be joined by special guest, Grammy-nominated bandleader of the Drumheadz, Chris Dave.
Starting Friday, Jan. 8th with an opening Free Day party at the Freeman Cajun Cafe, Jan.9 A Dangerous Ting Show featuring Chris Dave @ 9 pm $($15.00 entry fee), followed up with an unforgettable drum workshop ($50.00 entry fee) with Frank Moka and Chris Dave Jan. 10th @ 1pm, located at the Urban Arts Center (807 Hutchins Ave.) If you enjoy Afrobeat, Latin percussion, hip hop and jazz... this is the weekend for you!
