Hood County Hometown July 4th Celebration

Granbury Town Square

The Granbury Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the Hood County Hometown July 4th Celebration Parade and Festivities, will take place July 3-4. 2020.

This year, we will have locally-owned merchants and eateries on the Square on Friday and Saturday, along with a scaled-down local parade. Fireworks will light up the sky in grand-fashion, starting around 9:45PM on the fourth.

Starting Friday at noon, local Hood County merchants, artisans and food/beverage vendors will fill pop-up vendor spaces on the Granbury Square. All vendors will be locally-owned and operated, for-profit businesses. The Chamber is also planning live music for Friday evening, on the square.

Starting around 9:45PM, Extreme Pyrotechnics will once again display their amazing show that may be seen in a large portion of the County. The Granbury Chamber of Commerce thanks the following sponsors: H-E-B, Visit Granbury, City of Granbury, Hood County, Exelon, First Financial Bank, Lake Granbury Medical Center, Lakeside Physicians, Cheerful Heart Gifts & Boutique, LA Services, Vintage Floors, Streeter Electric, A+ Roofing & Construction, and Quail Park.

Participants in all of the July 4th activities are encouraged to follow social distancing and health guidelines provided in the “Open Texas Checklist”, produced by The Governor’s Strike Force to Open Texas.
