Jones is a composer and performer whose current focus lies in pairing ambient music with big bass and percussion. Sometimes performing with only vibraphone and cassette decks, he frequently employs the use of tape loops and other antiquated mediums to create pillowy worlds of wow and flutter. As CLEME, visual artist Ian Walker Stewart, (founder of BIGMENTION) creates moody, textured, heady, sometimes ambient songs in the key of hip hop, but not married to any genre. Geographically in the Midwest, after having spent time on both coasts , the influences of all things come together.
