The Big Deal: Fifteen Van Cliburn International Piano Competition: Preliminary Round

The best pianists in the world are coming to Fort Worth to compete for the Gold and more than $200,000 in prizes at the Fifteen Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Thirty competitors, who hail from 16 nations, have trained their whole lives for this moment. The Preliminary Round is a feast with ten concerts that are full of your favorite piano repertoire. Each concert includes three competitors, who will perform 45 minutes of music, including a specially commissioned work by Marc-André Hamelin. Win this Big Deal and you and your musical companion can attend the Preliminary Round concert on Friday, May 26 at 7:30 p.m. at Bass Performance Hall.  Please note all patrons must be age 10 or older to be admitted.
