It’s that time of year again, time for the Annual Tejas Storytelling Festival in Denton. Since 1985, storytellers have been gathering together to swap stories, tell ghost stories, and out do one another in a Liar’s Contest. This year’s 35th event will feature 35 Tejas Tellers, a Saturday night Talespinner Party, and music and story workshops. Some of the free attractions for the family include ghost stories concert, spring break concert for elementary-age kids, story slam, a family concert, kids’ activities, and fringe concerts. Join storytellers and story lovers March 12-15 at the Denton Civic Center. Enter to win a family pack, or friend’s pack, of 4 festival passes.
