35th Annual Texas Storytelling Festival
Tejas Live with 35!
Love listening to scary stories? Tall tales? Or maybe personal yarns? Come to Denton to celebrate 35 years of Texas Storytelling Festivals featuring 35 Tejas Tellers with three-and-half days of stories that will feed your mind, heart, and soul.
Festival audiences will be treated to storytelling concerts, workshops, music, a liars contest, and story swaps. Weekend passes, day passes and individual concert tickets are available.
Free attractions are:
Ghost Stories Concert on Thursday: 7:30 p.m. - 9:35 p.m.
Spring Break Concert (elementary-age kids) on Friday: 10:45 a.m. - 12. p.m.
Story Slam on Friday: 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Family Concert and Kids' Activities on Saturday: 10 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Fringe Concerts on Saturday: 10 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.
Sacred Tales Concert and Tai Chi on Sunday: 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
