Art&Seek Picks: The Weekend of October 13 & 14

On Saturday, join PBS Kids’ characters Daniel Tiger and Katerina Kittycat at Dallas Heritage Village for a very special “Be My Neighbor Day!“
The Dallas Symphony’s Concertmaster Alexander Kerr and pianist Anastasia Markina team up for a performance at the Dallas Museum of Art. Head there to hear Beethoven and Dvořák, presented by the Fine Arts Chamber Players.
On Sunday, the Kimbell Art Museum screens a documentary about fashion designer Cristóbal Balenciaga and Haute Couture Icons. After the screening, stay and take in the exhibition, “Balenciaga in Black.”
Throughout the weekend, the Edom Chamber of Commerce hosts the 46th Annual Edom Art Festival. The festival, an easy day trip away and includes live music, food, crafts, and fine art.
