- In celebration of the 150th anniversary of The Chisolm Trail, the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame hosts “Spirit of the Trail.” The play about cattle and life in the west runs through July 9 at the museum in the Fort Worth Stockyards.
- The Grammy Award-winning country group, Reckless Kelly, heads to Arlington as part of the Levitt Pavilion summer concert series.
- In Dallas, Kitchen Dog Theater presents “Br’er Cotton.” The drama, about a young black man fighting to prove that Black Lives Matter, plays at the Trinity River Arts Center.
