- Psychology professor Dacher Keltner acted as a scientific consultant on the Pixar film about emotions Inside Out. He’ll talk about compassion and well-being using clips from the movie at Dallas City Performance Hall as part of the DMA’s Arts and Letters Live series.
- Also in Dallas, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s artist-in-residence Conrad Tao plays a solo piano recital including music by Schumann and Schubert at the Meyerson Symphony Center.
- And at the Arlington Museum of Art, gelatin prints of images by nanny-turned-street-photographer Vivian Maier are on display in the exhibition “Lost and Found.”
