March Artist Exhibit: “State of Grace” by Faith Artists

The Goodrich Gallery of First United Methodist Church, Dallas

March Exhibit – “State of Grace” by Faith Artists
A reception for the artist will be held Sunday, March 4 from 12 – 2 p.m. in the gallery.
Faith Artists is a group of Dallas/Fort Worth-based artists that produce and promote faith-based art inspired by biblical truth and hope. This year’s theme, “State of Grace…the art of forgiveness” came to us following a prayer time in a coffee shop during the summer of 2016.
Our nation had experienced several shocking incidents; the Orlando nightclub shooting, soon after, the Dallas shootout downtown and others across the world. This, along with a divisive election cycle which was in full swing.
Please let this show speak toward any area of your personal journey, our nation, our world that needs forgiveness and grace.
Our hope and prayer is for our viewers to clearly see the Biblical truth and that this visual art collection would open doors of forgiveness and lead us to a State of Grace.
Faith Artists is dedicated to the promotion and production of faith-based, scripture-inspired visual art which shares the love of Christ thru the heart of the art.
“We realize that through the power of the Holy Spirit we are all given gifts and talents to use for God’s glory and His purpose here on earth.
Faith Artists believes God made man in His image so therefore we are creative beings who must create. In this way, we not only delight in Him by creating, we strive to make a world that is full of truth and hope.”
