The Pantherette Rock Retreat (PRR) is rock camp for grown ups. Receive instrument instruction, form a band, write and perform an original song in just three days! In addition, you will attend a variety of workshops with topics related to being an empowered rocker.
PANTHERETTE ROCK RETREAT DATES (*schedule subject to change):
- February 16-18, 2018 at Arts 5th Avenue
- Fri 10 am – 9 pm/ Sat. NOON – 10 pm/Sun 10 am – 3 pm
- Showcase concert at Main at Southside (MASS) at 7 pm.
PRR is for any woman or gender non-conforming individual over the age of 21 who wants to rock out while supporting Girls Rock Fort Worth! There is absolutely no musical experience necessary and we will provide all instruments for all who attend.
Tuition for PRR will be on a sliding scale ($200 – $350) based on how much you are able to contribute. All proceeds from PRR go directly to supporting future Girls Rock Fort Worth programming.
*We have very limited space available, so please submit your application as soon as possible. It is very important that participants commit to attend all sessions of the program and the showcase. If you are unable to attend the full weekend, we ask that you consider applying again another time. Full payment is due no later than February 1st, 2018.
