Central Catalana del Pollastre (Padilla 323, Barcelona) opened to rave reviews by serving only one dish, his reinvented chicken.

This time, Tony infused a unique blend of local and aromatic herbs and spices whose origin has blurred throughout time.

Ever since CFB brought Tony's secret chicken recipe to Dallas, it has been called the best chicken in town.
