Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth

Composed of prominent international chamber-music ensembles and musicians from around the world as well as leading artists in the area, the group offers a wide range of chamber music ranging from the Baroque to the Contemporary on their 7-concert series each season. Gary Levinson is the Artistic Director for this highly acclaimed series. Always a great musical experience!

CMSFW also presents two outreach programs throughout the concert season.  Musicians go into underserved schools to talk about chamber music, using this as a learning process for making music together and translating this into "getting along" with one another.  Secondly,  "Learning with the Masters" is a program where a more serious student of music-usually high school or college level, performs for one the CMSFW artists.  The artist also speaks of his/her learning experiences and then coaches the student in their performance. Both of these programs are free and open to the general public.
