In the Saturday Spotlight, we’re talking books. The 7th Annual Tulisoma South Dallas Book Fair and Arts Festival promotes literacy in South Dallas. The festival got its name from the Swahili word for “we read.” Visiting authors will be on hand at the African American Museum and other venues to talk about their love of books and reading.
