In the Saturday Spotlight, we’re making art for a good cause. At Art Conspiracy, Telegraph Canyon, The Crash that Took Me and other local bands will play, and 150 North Texas artists will auction off their work. The proceeds benefit Resolana, an organization that provides rehabilitative arts programming for women in area jails. Cindy Chaffin has been producing a series of excellent videos all week featuring participating artists. You can watch them all over on the Art&Seek blog. And while you are there, be sure to read Art Conspiracy board president Sarah Jane Semrad’s post about the event. Art&Seek is one of the sponsors of Art Conspiracy, so please be sure to stop by our table and say hi on Saturday. We’ve got a little art project of our own that we hope you’ll participate in. Oh, and we’ll have candy. What more could you want?
