Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra
Since 1912, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra has enhanced the cultural life of its community with great symphonic music, performing 200 concerts each year for 250,000 patrons from all walks of life. Over the last 15 seasons, Music Director Miguel Harth-Bedoya has transformed the FWSO into an ensemble that is recognized internationally for its artistic excellence and commitment to community engagement. As the principal resident company of the Nancy Lee and Perry R. Bass Performance Hall, the Orchestra performs a broad range of symphonic, pops and educational concerts, as well as presenting the wildly-successful Concerts In The Garden Summer Music Festival and maintaining an active touring schedule. The FWSO is also admired for its dynamic collaborations with organizations including the Texas Ballet Theater, Fort Worth Opera, The Cliburn, and the Children’s Education Program of Bass Performance Hall.
