The Texas Institute for Orchestral Studies (TXIOS) promotes the pre-professional study of symphony orchestra performance to high school and university aged musicians. The inaugural TXIOS Institute is June 6-24 at Orchestra Hall in Fort Worth, Texas. Miguel Harth-Bedoya, Music Director Laureate of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, is Artistic Director of TXIOS, TXIOS is an educational initiative of Caminos del Inka, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
