Our Mission is simple. 

Resist. Represent. Redefine. 

We want to create theatre experiences that are unlike anything you've ever seen and we vow to give that to you by:

1.  Producing stories that celebrate the non-normative and seeking out scripts by folks marginalized by the theatrical canon. We want to reframe stories we loved growing up in a way that provides a more representative narrative. We will use these narratives to advocate for the change we hope to see in the world. We're here for the queers, POC and women.

2. Doing it ourselves. We are committed to the fight of democratizing access to art by removing financial barriers. For this reason, You will not see $30 pricetags on our tickets. Every show will feature pay-what-you-want access to admission. 

3. Committing to top tier artistic production value. We are out to prove that DIY is The New Theatre and it is self-sufficient, Democratic, representative, and good.
