The Upstairs Gallery is a historic Arlington art gallery that has been open for business since 1968. Last year the gallery celebrated its 40th year of operation. Founded by Eleanor Grace and James W. Martin, namesake of Martin High School in Arlington, the gallery continues to serve Arlingtonians under the capable stewardship of the founders' three children, Martha Sue Meek, Mac Martin, and gallery manager JT Martin.
