LEVEL GALLERY

Since its inception in 2011, WAAS Gallery has proudly served as a local incubator for the community by embracing emerging and established artists on both local and international levels. As WAAS Gallery becomes LEVEL GALLERY, founder Brandy Michele Adams and partner Emma Saperstein look forward to celebrating a new generation of WAAS as the partners hope to take the conversation of the gallery’s art exhibitions to a higher level of discourse, while bringing in a wide array of new artist exhibitions from across the globe and opening a pop-up retail environment inside the space. The duo’s new vision for the gallery includes showing contemporary socially and politically engaged work, and striving to poetically facilitate visual and conceptual conversations about themes of identity and power.
