Join us for 'Percolate' - an art exhibit that intends to stimulate awareness of our local arts culture through creative interaction in a casual, parlor style setting. Opening Reception is Saturday, November 21, from 6:00 - 10:00 pm.
OPEN MIC - if you're a poet, stop by and share a reading with us! Even if you're not a poet, we'll have some poetry books on hand, in case you're feeling inspired to try the open mic.
ART DEMO - come meet Slant team member and talent, Laurie Mahoney, and learn how she creates her unique, felted artwork.
SKETCH - we'll have sketch paper, pencils, and a still life set up, so sit and stay awhile, and feel free to sketch.
Come 'Percolate' - have a cup of coffee on us, and hang out and enjoy the atmosphere, brainstorm, share ideas, or even practice your art critique technique. We aim to inspire you!

Event is free and open to the public, and takes place during the Dallas Midtown monthly Artwalk, so there will be many other art viewing opportunities also available.
