The Mission of the Keller Public Arts Program is to support and promote a process that will encourage placement of arts in public places; and to define the programs, policies, and guidelines for acquiring and commissioning of arts of the highest standards that shall enrich the quality of life for all residents and visitors of the city.
Public art serves as an expression of the community, as well as a landmark. These public sites provide an important venue for all residents and visitors to appreciate artwork outside the traditional museum or gallery setting.
