Oak Lawn Park (formerly Lee Park)
The LPAH Conservancy operates and manages Arlington Hall and Oak Lawn Park for the City of Dallas. Arlington Hall was built as a 2/3rds replica of Robert E. Lee's Arlington House in Virginia.
The Conservancy led a public/private $3 million campaign to renovate and expand Arlington Hall which was reopened in January, 2003 as an elegant venue for weddings, receptions, luncheons, dinners and events of all kinds and sizes. Another $3 million has been raised to restore Oak Lawn Park with new plantings, pathways, lighting, and structures that make it a desirable location for events, or simple walks or picnics on the grounds.
In addition to the maintenance and operation of Oak Lawn Park and Arlington Hall, The Conservancy presents numerous cultural programs and events for the community in both venues.
