Heather Paterson’s lovely voice and enchanting stage presence has made her a fan favorite throughout Texas and led to her being named 2011 Sammons Jazz Artist of the Year. Those qualities and her soothing demeanor, a valuable quality in her long career as a pediatric nurse, guarantee her “Basically Bacharach” show will provide plenty of magic moments.
Sammons Cabaret is held at the Sammons Center for the Arts, 3630 Harry Hines at Oak Lawn. Tickets are $45 per person and include beverages, light appetizers, and valet parking. Refreshments are served beginning at 7:00 p.m. concerts begin at 8:00 p.m. Dress is generally business casual, but some wear cocktail attire.
