Riscky's is hosting its 13th annual rib-eating contest on Saturday, July 27, in lineup with celebratory events hosted by the Fort Worth Stockyards Station in honor of the National Day of the American Cowboy. The Fort Worth BBQ staple will challenge 30 barbeque enthusiasts to eat as many Riscky's beef ribs as possible within 60 seconds. The top qualifiers will then go head-to-head for a grand prize valued at $500, a second place prize valued at $250, and a third place prize valued at $100. All participants must pay a $10 entry fee at the door on the event day (first come, first-serve; 30 participants max).
