2019 Cardboard Boat Race

GRAB YOUR REFRIGERATOR BOXES AND YOUR DUCT TAPE, IT’S TIME FOR THE CARDBOARD BOAT RACE!

Teams of up to six people are challenged to get creative and construct a boat, raft, or some sort of floating watercraft made entirely of cardboard (taped seams and waterproofing are allowed), and navigate it across Kidd Springs Pool. Teams will consist of a captain, a first mate, and up to a four person crew. Judging will be based on design/creativity, team spirit, and speed. There will even be a Titanic Award for the most dramatic sinking. Register at the event.
