In anticipation of the Fort Worth Opera’s delightfully wicked World Premier of "Companionship," join us for an enchanting baguette class, with feature performances by the Opera. "Companionship" is a deliciously dark comedy which follows the obsessive quest of an aspiring baker named Leslie Sinclair. Recovering from a nervous breakdown, she sets out to bake the perfect baguette!
Central Market's very own Marche Ann Mann who shares the same obsession with Leslie (minus the nervous breakdown) will join forces with our brilliant Bread Manager Jose Vasquez to teach you how to make the perfect baguette. This unique 1 1/2 hour class will walk you through the steps of each part of the process and you'll get to experience the dough from flour to crusty baguette.
This class will feature music from our talented FWO-TCU Lesley Artists!
