#ustoo:Phenomenal Woman Exhibition

“#ustoo: Phenomenal Woman” is an exhibition featuring the works of 20 local African American female artists. These female artists are using their artistic voices as a response to the various head shaking moments that have dominated the headlines none more than the “#metoo movement”. “#ustoo: Phenomenal Woman” celebrates African American women and the unapologetic inclusion in EVERYTHING and having their voices heard. The exhibition opened February 16, 2019 and runs through May 31, 2019.

An artist reception for the artists will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019, 3-5 pm at the African American Museum Dallas.
