Divination: On The Chitlin Circuit, is a hybridization of the ancient Etruscan practice of Haruspex, divination through the inspection of the entrails of sacrificed animals, and The Chitlin Circuit, the collection of venues throughout the south, eastern, and Midwest United States that promoted the practices of African American performers during segregation.
