Costumed actors willl portray Will and Willie Lewis, the original owners of the landmark Aldredge House, along with their chauffeur, maid, doctor and architect Hal Thomson in a living history presentation that will show what life was like in the 102-year old home and the Swiss Avenue Historic District in the early 20th century. A perfectly preserved 1914 Packard also will be on display. The presentation is part of the first Saturday open house held by the Friends of Aldredge House each month at the home at 5500 Swiss Avenue. Docents will be on hand to take visitors on tours of the home. The Aldredge House is the city's first official historic house museum.
