Discover what makes the Van Zandt Arts & Cultural District so special as many of the local artists, chefs, musicians, and others join together from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2019, to bring a memorable experience to visitors at the inaugural Van Go Art Fair. Taking place in the Van City Park, guests enjoy a superb art exhibit and meet many artists from the district and the surrounding area. A young artists booth is also part of the exhibit with works from Van ISD high school students. Local and state musicians and other entertainment fill the air with song while chefs and unique food trucks bring delicious food, wine, and gourmet coffee. A kids area offers hands-on art projects and a maker’s bus, as well as a splash pad (weather permitting) and playground.

Vincent Van Gogh was born on this day in 1853 and create more than 2,000 artworks in his lifetime. He continues to inspire seasoned and budding artists all over the world every day.
