Please join the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Guild for an intimate evening with America's foremost living composer. John Adams will conduct the Dallas Symphony in his own work, along with that of Respighi and Debussy, the weekend of Jan 31-Feb 2. The works of John Adams, both operatic and symphonic, stand out among contemporary classical compositions for their depth of expression, brilliance of sound, and the profoundly humanist nature of their themes. Enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres followed by a discussion and Q & A with Adams about his life and work.
This will be a rare opportunity to meet and mingle with this distinguished composer and conductor, a special Guild program not to be missed. Non-members are welcome to attend with à la carte pricing. Deadline is January 27th but reply early, as space is limited!
