Alessio Bax and Lucille Chung, award-winning pianists and Meadows’ Johnson-Prothro Artists-in-Residence, present an exciting program ranging from the most intimate works for piano four hands to the full symphonic exuberance of two pianos. The duo will perform Debussy’s Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune (Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun), Stravinsky’s Petrouchka, Lutosławski’sVariations on a Theme of Paganini, Ravel’s La Valse and Piazzolla’s Two Tangos.
