Southwestern Watercolor Society’s 55th Member Exhibition


Eisemann Center

More than 80 watercolor and water media paintings will be on exhibit starting Aug. 29, 2018, at the Eisemann Center in Richardson as part of the Society of Watercolor Artists’ 55th Annual Member Exhibition. The exhibit will run through Saturday, Sept. 29, and is open to the public.

The exhibit will feature all types of painting, from abstract to realistic, landscapes to floral, portraits to animal. Media will include watercolors, acrylics, inks, gouche, casein, egg tempera, watercolor pencil and watercolor crayons. Most of the paintings will be for sale. Artists in the exhibit hail from the DFW region, Texas and around the nation and were chosen from 338 entries.

The public may view the exhibition for free any time during the Mezzanine Gallery hours, which are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, or any time during public events
