The Reading Room will present "Yellow Tablets", an exhibition of large incised plaster tablets, by Thomas Feulmer September 8 through October 6. The text carved into the tablets is all of the lines by Obi-Wan Kenobi from the first three Star Wars films. Tablets are one of the oldest forms of written communication; here they document the poetic advice of a mentor to a young man coming of age. Feulmer is a Dallas artist, curator and educator. He is Director of Educational Programming at The Rachofsky House and The Warehouse.
