In the Spirit’ Entertainment Foundation announces a powerful stage production ‘#WeWoke’ to celebrate and commemorate stories told by Black America. Each storyline and act will feature prominent public figures from the 1960’s and the 1970’s that significantly impacted both Black America and Grassroots America.

As part of Black History Month, ‘In the Spirit Entertainment Foundation’ will highlight historical excerpts of historical African-American leaders and ancestors from around the globe that played the most significant roles in our past and present, that greatly enhanced the future of African-Americans.

To name a few characterizations of our African-American icons and legends, the list includes: Harriett Tubman, Duke Ellington, Rosa Parks, Michael Jackson, Caesar Chavez and many more.

This is a must-see production for all ethnicity, races and genders in Dallas, TX
