Concerts at St John's invites you to a performance by three notable local organists as they play music ranging from the baroque to the modern, exploring the tonal colors of the church's Aeolian-Skinner/Reuter pipe organ on Sunday, 13 May, at 3pm. Dr Grady Coyle, organist emeritus at Northridge Presbyterian Church will play music of Buxtehude, Vierne, and Ahrends; Jordan Smith, Organist at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church in Allen will play Bach, Bonnet and Vierne; Katie Minion, Assistant Organist at Highland Park United Methodist Church will play three pastels by the Sigfried Karg-Elert. The program is free, although donations in support of the concert series will be received. A reception will be offered following the concert.
