A new contemporary series of paintings inspired by the beauty of our world and also the complex issues of our current environment. Debra Ferrari hopes to draw you in through her large scale paintings to have a closer connection with water, that is the basis for all life. Hues of blue, blacks, gray, white, aqua, metallics and blush colors are painted onto canvas and wood panels reflecting and capturing textures found in water and ice. Ferrari is an internationally and nationally recognized artist with private, public and corporate collections. Her work has been exhibited at the Naples Art Museum, National Cowgirl Hall of Fame & Museum, Clatsop College, The Academy of Equine Arts and the Pace Center.
There will be a conversation with the artist on Thursday, March 1 at 6:30 pm, Saturday, March 17 at 3 p.m. and Saturday, April 14 at 3:00 p.m. Show on display through April 28.
