In 1999, C. C. Young started celebrating the creativity of residents and the general public, age 55 and better. The Spirit is Ageless Celebration includes an art and writing contest, a special celebratory event, and an exhibit which continues to highlight ageless creativity and the willingness to share no matter the limitations.
