North Side Story - Elves vs. Penguins
Act 1 is a Christmas sing-off, where the returning champion Elves (from Santa's workshop), compete against the Penguins (upstarts from the South Pole). It's an updated version of the Jets vs. the Sharks in a hilarious, musical retelling of "West Side Story."
