Casey Leone's Mr. Smith Goes to Washington will open at The Reading Room on Saturday, September 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. This extensive photo project uses the 1939 Frank Capra film "Mr Smith Goes to Washington" as source material to create an archive of recontextualized images and information for our times. The exhibition continues through October 7.

Leone recently received a BFA from Texas Christian University and lives and works in Fort Worth. This will be her first solo exhibition.
