Cooking with Chef Marcus Paslay at Calloway

Join Calloway’s Nursery for a night of fun, seasonal cooking demonstrations presented by renowned Chef Marcus Paslay of Clay Pigeon and Piattello Italian Kitchen. Using Blue Label Herbs, a Wylie, Texas-based line of homegrown, USDA certified and non-GMO organic herbs, Paslay will demonstrate how to create delicious meals and drinks perfect for summer entertaining. During the demonstration, attendees will enjoy food and drink samples while Paslay shares his expertise through a question and answer session. Each attendee will receive a free recipe card and 20 percent off all Blue Label Herbs to recreate the dishes at home. Calloway's Nursery will also give away four $25 gift cards throughout the night.
