FWOpera and The Friends of Cowtown Coliseum present "Caruso in Cowtown," a one-night only, black-tie gala event where cowboys and culture collide! On April 7 at 6:30pm, world-renowned tenor and Metropolitan Opera favorite Stephen Costello will recreate Enrico Caruso’s famed, 1920 concert in Fort Worth at Cowtown Coliseum.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, followed by a Fort Worth-inspired menu, while stars of the 2016 FWOpera Festival take the stage with special preview performances. These performances will be followed by a honky-tonk inspired After Party and silent auction, where cowboys and cowgirls will two-step on the Coliseum’s dirt floor to the sound of Fort Worth legend Hank Hankshaw and his band.
For those guests who would like to leave the tux and the tails at home, $25 general admission tickets are now available to the public for purchase.
Enjoy two concerts for the price of one by visiting www.StockyardsRodeo.com, calling the Cowtown Coliseum box office at 888-COWTOWN, or visiting the box office in person at 121 E. Exchange Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76164.
