MONDAY MARCH 14 | RAPTOR RENDEZVOUS

TUESDAY MARCH 15 | WILDERNESS SURVIVAL PART I

In this two-part series, put your survival knowledge to the test. Learn how to properly prepare your pack. Find your sense of direction and make your way through an orienteering class. Build a shelter with a team and start a fire without the help of a fire starter. Gain valuable skills and knowledge with a few laughs along the way.

WEDNESDAY MARCH 16 | WADE INTO FUN

The Trinity River provides over 13 million North Texans with drinking water. Discover the organisms that call the Trinity River home and help keep our drinking water clean. Conduct a scientific experiment by collecting a macro-invertebrate sample and discover how they help our wetlands. Come out and have a splash!

THURSDAY MARCH 17 | WILDERNESS SURVIVAL PART II

Take your outdoors skills to the next level. Learn how to track animals in the field using guides and measuring tools. See how many bulls' eyes you can hit during your archery session. Learn how to catch a fish, identify it, and then release it. We will also teach you some basic knots and when to use them. Join the challenge and find out if you could survive in the wilderness.

FRIDAY MARCH 18 | CREEP AND CRAWL

Join us and learn what's so cool about what's crawling around on the ground. Take a hike around our property with field biologists to identify cool slithery critters. You'll never look at reptiles and insects the same way again.
