Get to know Ricardo Legorreta, the architect who designed our Latino Cultural Center. We will construct with bold shapes and colors and address how we place artwork in space and design our living and working places.
*Our spring break Museum-Inspired Mornings Camp series brings our favorite cultural institutions into the Oil and Cotton Studio. We will learn about and draw inspiration from local collections and exhibitions. All camps are held at Oil and Cotton. Parents are encouraged to take children to these treasured places to connect further with what students have learned at Oil and Cotton. Students will participate in games, critical thinking activities and creative play, and make artworks, exposing them to new ways of looking and seeing.
