On Friday, January 22nd, Creative Arts Center of Dallas (CAC) will kick-off their year-long 50th anniversary celebration at Latino Cultural Center’s new exhibit honoring CAC’s founder, artist Octavio Medellin. The opening reception for The Legacy of Octavio Medellin: A Survey of His Work & Influence will not only commence the retrospective exhibit – running through March 31st, 2016 – but will also serve to launch an exciting calendar of CAC events commemorating 50 years of operation in Dallas.
