Dallas Repertoire Ballet invites you to escape the hustle and bustle of the holidays with the beloved holiday classic, The Nutcracker. Join young Clara and her Nutcracker Prince as she embarks on a magical journey — fighting the Mouse King and his army, dancing with sparkling snowflakes in the Land of Snow, and meeting the Sugar Plum Fairy and her handsome Cavalier in the enticing Kingdom of Sweets. Dallas Repertoire Ballet is celebrating 23 years of presenting this beloved family-friendly performance. Audiences can expect to see brilliant costumes, exciting choreography and spectacular dancing from a cast of over 150, featuring students from the Academy of Dance Arts, the official school of Dallas Repertoire Ballet. Dallas Repertoire Ballet, in partnership with Bank of America, is donating a portion of Opening Night (December 11) proceeds to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
