Sara Dotterer and Ian Grieve’s MFA thesis exhibition “(De)Compose” is coming to the Pollock Gallery starting March 25, 2023!
The Opening is on Saturday, March 25th, from 4-6 PM at the new Pollock Gallery, 6116 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75206. Lots of free parking is available in the lot surrounding the building. Beyond the opening, the show can be viewed until April 15, 2023.
(De)Compose is an interdisciplinary show with works that span painting, sculpture, augmented/virtual reality, and projection. Conceptually, the exhibition explores processes that allow decomposition or erasure to be a part of the composition of the work, emphasizing the power of cyclical ways of working.
